Quite often I thought that having no money is just making things more difficult to start something up: finding people to perform tasks for you, employing organisations in marketing decisions, buying equipment etc. HOWEVER, I find it doesn’t get any better than starting with NOTHING! And here my 4 reasons why:
- YOU AQUIRE NEW SKILLS! --> You are REQUIRED to learn and use your brain. No matter what you outsource you should at least have the basic understanding of what it is so you don’t get screwed over thus it is inevitable for you to learn new things.
- FINDING THE RIGHT PEOPLE! --> Finding people who have NO REAL interest in the project/vision/company are faster discovered because their motivation can’t be solved through money (which sometimes creates FAKE interests)!
- YOU GET A LOT MORE CREATIVE! --> There is no possible solution for you to hire someone to solve your problem so you are forced to think for yourself.
- YOU LEARN HOW TO BUDGET! --> Knowing how to deal with little money gives you the opportunity to seek out the best ways to invest your money
So the next time you think of how you should even try to build your own business don’t be discouraged by the lack of money that you think would hinder your success. Rather think about all the opportunities you gain with having to do all by yourself :).
The only real thing stopping you from powering through is… YOU and nothing else ;)
